PRESENT MTJA MANAGEMENT AND STAFF

        Under the MTJA Board, there is a management staff of MTJA comprising equal number of Malaysia and Thai executives in eight positions (CEO, DCEO, Department Managers & Assistant Managers in three departments).

which oversee three main areas of responsibilities:

        The MTJA Management supervises, facilitates, and monitors petroleum exploration, development and production activities of the Production Sharing Contractors (PSC) in Block A-18, Blocks-17 & C-19 and Block B-17-01 of the Joint Development Area. Please see section "Contractors/Operators" in the JDA.

        The rotation concept between Malaysia & Thailand officers and their secondment from certain departments and oil & gas company is for a 4 years tenure.
